"I received a call from Andy Szlchcic with a quote I requested for my car insurance and my experience was absolutely astounding! First of all, Andy's personality, his pleasant demeanor, friendliness, his way of conducting himself over the phone in a casual, yet, very professional way was amazing! Second of, he managed to present me with an insurance quote that even previous callers were unable to get me onboard with, and in my opinion, that speaks values, and it shows how good of an agent he is. "Keep scrolling, don’t even consider it. I think most of the reviews are friends. They made so many errors on my policy, admitted it, but refused to credit my account back. Customer service is non existent. Losing a customer over their $32 mistake? I had “Jake” from State Farm cute . At first. All the way up to Lance Greer, incompetent. I found the errors and I had to fix them. Or tried to. “My Bad” was the excuse they gave me for their errors, really? State Farm? “ MY BAD”. I will be filing a complaint with BBB and the State. Also I will post this across social media so people are warned of how this agency operates. More to come. No responses from this office please I can’t listen to anymore excuses. Be a professional."
