Lance Greer

Jess joined the Richland office back in July of 2015 and is the backbone of the office. Along with her Customer Service skills she takes pride in her attention to detail and helps the keep the office in line. Jess was born and raised in Michigan and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University. After college, Jess spent a year working and enjoying the Florida sun before returning back to the mitten state entering the insurance industry a year later. For the past six years Jess has been the JV coach at her High School Alma Mater, Kalamazoo Christian. On her free time you can catch Jess snuggled up in a blanket, relaxing, and drinking a glass of red wine.

Sandra has been with the Lance Greer State Farm agency since November of 2015 and is part of our Customer Service Team. She is licensed in Auto, Fire, Health and brings her Spanish speaking skill set to the team. When asked what she enjoyed about working at the Agency she says "I love that I can feel good about where I work. I know that we are TRULY helping customers and looking out for their interests." She grew up in sunny southern California and moved to the frozen mitten state back in February of 2014. In her free time Sandra enjoys beating her husband at board games, hosting dinners for strangers, and is always ready for the next adventure.

Becky has been with the Lance Greer team since 2021. She worked in a State Farm office many years ago and loves helping people with their insurance needs. She is licensed in Auto and Fire and is a big proponent for Life insurance after losing her late husband suddenly to a heart attack. “State Farm took care of our family during the hardest time of our life”, she states. Becky enjoys family time with her blended family of 7 kids. Her and her husband Jack also enjoy traveling, hiking, fishing and playing golf when they get the chance.

Zac has been with State Farm since September of 2020. He moved here with his Wife Kristara and 2 daughters, Brooklynn who is 11, and Zoey who is 3. The Neal family loves being in the Kalamazoo area and being involved with this community. Before Kalamazoo, Zac and his family lived in Union City where he was the Head Varsity Football Coach for 2 years. On his free time, he enjoys watching sport and spending time with his girls.

Matt joined the Lance Greer State Farm agency in January of 2022 after spending 22 years in the field of education. He started his career teaching elementary students at Centreville Elementary before becoming a middle school administrator for Vicksburg Community Schools. Matt, and his wife Connie, are about to celebrate 22 years of marriage. They have 3 daughters; Jenna and Alyssa are graduating high school this year and Hailey is in 8th grade.

Logan is a dynamic member of the Lance Greer State Farm agency and has been on our team since May of 2023. He recently graduated with his associate degree from Kalamazoo Valley Community College and is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at University of Phoenix. Logan is a big sports fan, his loyalty to MSU makes for fun rivalry in the office during football season. During his free time logan enjoys, being outdoors playing sports, hunting and handing out with his friends and family.

Michelle has been with State Farm since May 2018 and is the first smiling face you will see when walking into the office. She is part of our Customer Service Team and is licensed in Auto, Fire, Life, and Health and is a vital asset in the office. She is also a licensed cosmetologist and worked at Sport Clips for four years before entering the Insurance world. Michelle is married, has a wonderful step-son, daughter and a furry pup named. As a family they enjoy tubing down the river, playing games, and watching movies.
